Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Pekanbaru City Madani Hospital. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Madani Hospital. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination of the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher in which the sample taken by contract employees amounted to 61 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Pekanbaru City Madani Hospital. The magnitude of the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with an R Square value of 70.8%.
