The average age of pondoh salak farmers is at the productive age, namely 45 years old, 9 years of education, 6 years of farming experience, and the number of dependents of the family of 2 people. The area of salak pondoh that is managed by farmers is an average of 1.5 hectares, the number of salak pondoh plants cultivated by farmers is 3,683 trees or 2,500 per hectare, and the average production of salak pondoh is 6,017 kg / cultivated / year or 4.011 kg / ha / year. The results of the analysis on the SWOT matrix are located in quadrant I, namely the SO (Strengths and Opportunities) strategy is a strategy that uses strength to take strength from opportunities. Swor matrix strategies can be formulated as: SO Strategy (S1, O1), (S2, S3, S4 O2, O3), (S5, O4), WO Strategy (W1, W2, O1), (W3, O2, O3), (W4, O4), ST Strategy (S1, S3, T1, T2T3), (S2, S4, S5, T4) and WT Strategy (W1, W3T1, T3), (W4, T4), (W2, T4).
