Abstract

The role of the penghulu is very important in increasing the strengthening of youth organizations in villages, one of which is the youth organization organization, with proper guidance, the organization can run in accordance with the functions and objectives of its formation, community social organizations such as youth organizations as a forum and means of development every member of the community who grows and develops on the basis of awareness and social responsibility from and for the community, especially the younger generation in the village or village area. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the function of the village headmaster in fostering youth organizations in Kemuning Muda Village, Bungaraya District, Siak Regency. Evaluation can be equated with assessment, scoring, and judging. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis, this writing is described in terms of the condition of the objects found in the field based on data in the field relating to the evaluation of the function of the village headmaster in fostering youth organizations in the Kemuning Muda village, Bungaraya district, Siak district, with interviews and observations as a data collection tool, and the data collected is then presented as the main raw material for analyzing the conditions and objectivity of the existence and research objectives at the locations studied, there are 6 groups as objects of research. The writing consists of the same primary data obtained through research tools in the form of interviews and observations and secondary data obtained from interviews in accordance with the results of the study, namely in evaluating the function of the village headmaster in fostering youth organizations in the Kemuning Muda village, Bungaraya sub-district, Siak district. In the implementation of youth training in the Kemuning Muda village, Bungaraya sub-district, Siak district, there are still some obstacles such as the procurement of budget for youth organizations so that the youth organizations are still self-supporting in the implementation of the youth organizations.
