Abstract

Income Analysis of Owners and Farmers of Rubber Farming in Sorek Dua Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province. Under your guidance Ir. H. Tibrani, M.Si Rubber farming is able to generate income and can absorb labor in the village, apart from that rubber is one of the industrial raw materials which becomes Indonesia's export product. This study aims to 1). Analyze the Characteristics of Farmers Owners and smallholder rubber tappers, 2). Analyze the implementation of the profit-sharing system that has been prevailing so far between garden owners and community rubber owners, 3) Analyze the income of smallholder rubber farmers and farmers. This research used a survey method which was conducted in Sorek Dua Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency. Sampling using simple random sampling method (simple random), with a total sample of 30 farmers (15 farmers who own gardens and 15 rubber owners. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitative and quantitative descriptive. Based on the results. research shows that: 1). The average age of rubber farmers in Sorek Dua Village is in the productive age, namely 43 owner farmers and 38 knowledgeable farmers. The last education that rubber farmers in Sorek Dua Village had, both owners and workers, was generally only at the elementary school level. Overall, the rubber farmers in Sorek Dua Village have an average of 3 dependents and have a long experience in farming, namely 17 years on average. 2). The profit sharing system in the village of Sorek Dua, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency generally uses the pattern (50%: 50%), namely 50% of the land owner and 50% of the share for the owner, provided that the production costs are borne by the land owner and the staff. 3). The income received by tappers in a profit-sharing scheme differs significantly from the income received by the plantation owner. Based on the relative benefit comparison analysis, the profit sharing value (μ) is in accordance with the applied agreement. The profit sharing analysis and the relative profit comparison analysis show that the income of the owner and the owner is almost the same in nominal value, namely around 11.8 million and 11.5 million, therefore it can be said that there is justice in the system for the results of smallholder rubber farming in Sorek Dua Village.
