Abstract
This research was conducted to find out and analyze the influence of brand image on customer satisfaction in using freight forwarding services at PT. Indah Cargo, Pekanbaru Arengka II Branch. The benefits of this study are as a means of applying knowledge obtained through formal education to the reality that occurs in the field and is expected to bring insight, knowledge, writers and apply the theories that have been obtained during the lecture period and can be used as consideration in planning and decision making strategic aim to increase brand image. This research was conducted with quantitative descriptive method that uses primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews or interviews and research questionnaires. Respondents taken were 100 people who used the services of PT. Indah Cargo Pekanbaru. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that brand image has an effect on the variable of customer satisfaction. Goods delivery service at PT. Indah Cargo Pekanbaru. R2 value is 0.341, this shows 34.1% changes to customer satisfaction should be determined by the independent variable that is the brand image variable while 65.9% is again determined by other factors not observed in this study.
