Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence student achievement in the subjects of cultural arts (dance) in class VII MTS Raudhotul Ulum Kec. Apit River Kab. Siak Prov. Riau. TA. 2021/2022. The theory used in this study is the theory of (Slameto 2015) the factors that influence student achievement. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research analysis. Sources of data used are secondary data and primary data. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were seventh grade students at MTS Raudhotul Ulum, Kec. Apit River Kab. Siak Prov. Riau and art and culture teacher. The results of student achievement in class VII are categorized as good, the factors that affect students in this study are internal and external factors, and the influencing factors are internal factors, namely psychological factors and fatigue which these factors come from the students themselves.
