Abstract

This study aims to determine the formulation of village government policies in 2020. Type a descriptive survey. Data comes from interviews and observations. Informants in this study consisted of the Village Head, Village Secretary, Head of Finance, and Community Leaders. Based on the results of research on the formulation of village government policies regarding the budget, income and expenditure of Senggoro Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency in 2020, it can be concluded that policy implementation has a good effect on the budget, income and expenditure, it is sold and even increased. Likewise, the results of the study revealed that not all actors have a good response to budget, income and expenditure policies in Senggoro Village. The results of the study also lead to the conclusion that the implementers have action steps in the form of activities for planning policies, budgets, revenues and expenditures in Senggoro Village, as well as making activities for the Village operational menu. Government and community activities to support the community in the construction of village buildings, roads and bridges.
