Abstract
The Indonesian government at this time has started to use E-government in publishing its information. Public services are the first framework for embodiment in the implementation of E-government. However, there is still a lack of responsiveness from service implementers in the social media utilization program. So that in this problem research is carried out with quantitative methods. Where the research location is in Pekanbaru City with saturated sampling and purposive sampling techniques. In addition, primary data and secondary data were used in questionnaires, observations, documentation and interviews in this study. Where the results of this study are the communication indicators in the implemented category, while the resource, disposition and employee indicators are in the Enough Implemented category.
