Abstract
This research was conducted to obtain information about the effect of work conflict and work stress on employee performance at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Main Branch Pekanbaru Riau. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were 98 individuals. Sampling using the purposive sampling method where some of the population was sampled as many as 32 people. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and literature studies. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive method and quantitative method. The results of this study indicate that work conflict has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency Office of Riau Province, while work stress has no significant effect on employee performance. The level of relationship between the two variables in the weak category, which means the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is quite good.
