Abstract

ABSTRACT BPJS Health has the function of administering the health insurance program for BPJS participants in hospitals. Every hospital that cooperates with BPJS is required to provide services to patients participating in BPJS. One of them is that Bangkinang Hospital is responsible for organizing health development in the Kampar area, but in providing health services to BPJS participants there are still problems, namely delays in handling doctors, shortage of experts, or doctors from the hospital, not all types of drugs are covered by BPJS, and shortage of a number of health facilities, such as unavailability of rooms, illnesses suffered by patients are not covered by JKN-BPJS. The main problem of this research is how is the form of legal protection for users of the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) who do not get health services at the Bangkinang Regional General Hospital? What are the inhibiting factors in the form of legal protection for users of the Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS) who do not get health services at the Bangkinang Regional General Hospital? The research method used in this research is observational research, with data collection techniques namely interviews. Judging from the nature of this research, it is a descriptive research, namely research that provides a clear and detailed description of the main research issues. The results of the discussion of this study are Forms of Legal Protection for Users of the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) who do not get Health Services at the Bangkinang Regional General Hospital from the regulatory aspect as a whole it is quite good but in practice it is not good and still cannot protect good rights as service consumers, as hospital patients and as BPJS Health participants.
