Abstract
Mushroom cultivation has bright prospects in Indonesia because the natural conditions are very supportive. This study has the following objectives: 1. Characteristics and profile of edible mushroom agribusiness; 2. The structure of the system for the supply and use of oyster mushroom production facilities; 3. oyster mushroom cultivation subsystem, 4. Oyster mushroom agroindustry subsystem; 5. Oyster mushroom marketing subsystem, and 6. Oyster mushroom support subsystem. This research is a case study in Balai Makam Village, Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency. Analyzed with qualitative and quantitative descriptive. Based on data analysis, the results showed: Oyster mushroom farmers in Balai Makam Village, Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency are in the productive age category with an average of 34 years of high school education. Oyster mushroom business Mitra Mushroom was founded in 2014 in Balai Makam Village, Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency, with an initial capital of approximately 12 million by employing 5 workers; The system for providing production facilities has met the criteria for being on time, in the right place, in the right quantity, in the right type, in the right quality, and at the right price; The total cost of farming is Rp. 3.242.834/ production process. Gross income of Rp. 15.750.000/m2/production. While the net profit of Rp. 12.507.166/ production process with an efficiency of 1.25; The total cost of crispy mushrooms is Rp. 25.174.178,-. Gross income is Rp 39,149,040/ production process. Total net income Rp. 13.974.178/production process with an average efficiency of 1.55 and an added value of Rp. 50.906.48/kg; Marketing channels include 2 channels, the first channel is from entrepreneurs directly to retailers, the second channel is from retailers directly to end consumers. Marketing channel I has a selling price of Rp. 35.000/kg with 100% share margin value and 0.57% marketing efficiency. While the second marketing channel has a selling price of Rp. 38.000/kg with a share margin value of 92.10% has a marketing efficiency of 1.55%. The crispy mushroom entrepreneur performs the functions of exchange, storage, transportation, processing, and market information in his business, while the functions of facilities and financing functions are not carried out; Supporting services include good road infrastructure, simple and attractive packaging of crispy mushrooms, and counseling.
