Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the interaction effect and the main effect of Trichokompos ketapang leaves and a combination of papaya and brotowali vegetable pesticides on caisim mustard greens. This study uses factorial RAL which consists of two factors. The first factor was Trichokompos ketapang leaves consisting of 4 levels of treatment, namely no treatment, 62.5 grams, 125 grams and 187.5 grams per plant. The second factor is vegetable pesticides consisting of 4 levels of treatment, namely no treatment, papaya vegetable pesticides, brotowali vegetable pesticides and combined vegetable pesticides, so that 16 combinations of treatments are obtained. The treatment combination was repeated 3 times. Obtained 48 experimental units. Parameters observed were plant height, leaf number, leaf length, plant wet weight, economic wet weight, dry weight, root volume, harvest index and percentage of pest attack. The data were analyzed statistically and followed by BNJ at 5% level. The results showed that the interaction of Trichokompos ketapang leaves and papaya and brotowali vegetable pesticides had an effect on plant dry weight, with the best treatment being 187 g/plant and combined vegetable pesticides. The main effect of Trichokompos ketapang leaves affected all parameters. Best treatment 187 g/plant. The main effect of botanical pesticides is on plant wet weight, economic wet weight, root volume, plant dry weight and the percentage of pest attack. However, it has no effect on other parameters. The best treatment of combined vegetable pesticides.
