Abstract
This study intends to understand the effect of job placement and education level on the performance of the Baganbatu Public Health Center employees. The sampling method used was random sampling technique and obtained a sample of 116 respondents. Data analysis method using SmartPLS software version 3.2.8 PLS test or Partial Least Square structural equation (Structural Equation Modeling/SEM) variant-based (1) Job placement has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Bagan Batu Public Health Center employees, (2) The level of education has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Bagan Batu Community Health Center employees. (3) Work placement and education level have a significant effect on the performance of Bagan Batu Health Center employees.
