Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the supply chain (Supply Chain) of Rice Bulog in Pekanbaru (Case study at Perum Bulog in Pekanbaru). The object of this research was conducted at Perum Bulog in Pekanbaru with 20 internal company parties as informants (Sample) using the Purpose Sampling method. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing and conducting library research. This study uses primary data and secondary data using the House Of Risk method. The method of data analysis in this study uses qualitative analysis and is described in descriptive form. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the Bulog rice supply chain at Perum Bulog is not optimal because there are still risk factors that will become risk events and have an impact on supply chain performance. Risk events can be minimized or eliminated by anticipating priority risk causes with various recommended preventive actions.
