Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of customer experience on consumer repurchase intention at D'BestO, Branch Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru. The population in this study were consumers of D'BestO Branch of Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru which were obtained as many as 100 people using non-probability accidental sampling technique. In this study the authors used primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. From the research results, it is known that from the results of the study, it is known that customer experience has a significant effect on consumer repurchase intention at D'BestO, Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru.
