Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of Non Performing Finance (NPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), and BOPO on Financial Performance (ROA) at Indonesian Islamic Rural Banks. This is a quantitative study using the literature study method. Researchers used annual time series data from the Financial Services Authority's (OJK) website for the 2018-2020 period. The purposive sampling technique was used in this study, and 20 BPRS companies registered with the OJK in 2018-2020 were used as research samples. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis was used in this study with EViews 10 Software and Microsoft Excel 2010 with hypothesis testing t-test, F-test, and Adjusted R-Square. The results show that the NPF and FDR variables have a significant impact on the ROA of BPRS in Indonesia between 2018 and 2020. Meanwhile, the variables NPF, CAR, FDR, and BOPO all have an impact on the Financial Performance of BPRS in Indonesia from 2018 to 2020.
