Abstract

Title of research management group Nasyid Samudra Kota Pekanbaru, Riau Province. The problem of this research is how the management system of the Nasyid Samudra Group in Pekanbaru, Riau Province? The purpose of this research is to see the management system of the Nasyid Samudra Group in Pekanbaru, Riau Province. This research method is descriptive analysis using qualitative data. Data techniques are observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation techniques. The results of research on the management of the Nasyid Samudra Kota Pekanbaru Group: Management of the Nasyid Samudra Group in Pekanbaru, Riau Province, management is a process or framework of activities that involves the guidance or direction of a group. Georgy R also said in Achsan Permas which stated that management was a way of utilizing input to produce works of art through planning, organizing, mobilizing and monitoring. So the ocean nasyid group has several weekly, monthly and yearly programs as well as several teams or nasyid ocean organization structures including advisor Joni Irawan, chairman Romi Kurniadi, treasurer Anita, training coordinator Isman Maulana, PR Wahyudi Daulay, Agus field team. The process is carried out in accordance with the rules and directions that have been determined by the production team of Nasyid Samudra Kota Pekanbaru, Riau Province.
