Abstract

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, people are keeping their distance. If you want to go out only for the important things, if it's really needed and limited to visiting people in the formation institution, making someone close to them very rarely visit them. If being in a Children's Institution is directed to positive things, efforts to foster children are different from coaching people who are old, so that the interests of children can be protected because the mindset and form of children must be different from adults. support from the people closest to them, namely the family that influences them psychologically. Based on the focus of the research above, it can be stated that the purpose of the study is to find out how the Psychological Dynamics of Parenting Needs in Adolescents in the Special Guidance Institute for Class II A Children Pekanbaru. The author uses qualitative research by conducting interviews and direct observations to LPKA adolescents. The technique used in this study is purposive sampling, which aims to determine how the psychological dynamics of parenting needs in adolescents at the Special Guidance Institute for Class II A Pekanbaru children. It was found in the study that of the 3 subjects, subjects who were in LPKA had good parenting during the pandemic. Then, the Needs of Adolescent Guidance on influencing aspects, namely Attention, Education, Amity, and Support for these needs have been obtained by the 3 subjects.
