Abstract

Performance Evaluation of Puskesmas Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) in Surveillance Activities in Sungai Apit District, Siak Regency ABSTRACT BY: Rezzy Ardiana Keywords: Performance, UPTD Puskesmas, Surveillance This study aims to determine the achievement of information on the performance of community nutrition development. The theory used in this study is the Evaluation theory put forward by Bernadin and Russell (in the dawn of 2017; 43) includes: Quality of work, Quantity and timeliness. This type of research is a quantitative type, and the location of the research is in the Sungai Apit District, Siak Regency. There were 28 people sampled in this study and the technique that the author did in this study was to use (census method), an activity carried out by taking population data in an area based on population. After conducting research and distributing questionnaires, the conclusions from the study of the Performance Evaluation of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Public Health Service Unit (UPTD) in Surveillance Activities in Sungai Apit Subdistrict, Siak Regency are "Good Enough", but still inhibiting factors such as the lack of nutritional monitoring bad to the community, so there are still toddlers who are exposed to malnutrition every year, such as giving Vitamin A only once a month. The lack of monitoring of malnutrition cases, as well as the lack of socialization carried out by nutrition surveillance officers in disseminating information related to nutrition, as well as monitoring of malnutrition cases is only done when the posyandu is conducted only once a month. There are still mothers who have babies who do not provide exclusive breastfeeding, which impacts the health of the baby. When monitoring iodized salt is only done once a year, it was never even and also the case of malnutrition was only done at the time of the posyandu
