Abstract

This study aims to produce waste management learning modules on the subject matter of environmental pollution for class X SMA / MA.The type of this research is research development (Research and Development) with the development of the ADDIE method. The subjects of this study were class XI students at SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru, SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru, and SMA Negeri 14 Pekanbaru. The research data were obtained from validation sheets that were assessed by material experts, learning experts, and biology teachers, as well as response questionnaires obtained from the results of a limited feasibility trial from students. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the feasibility of the learning module based on the results of the validation by the material experts is included in the very feasible category with an average percentage of 89.58% (very feasible), the results of the validation of the learning expert get an average percentage of 87.57% (very feasible ), and the results of validation by three biology teachers received an average of 92.95% (very feasible), and the results of trials on students received an average percentage of 90.36% (very feasible), based on some of these categories, it can be concluded that the module developed is appropriate to be used as teaching material and get a positive response from students.
