Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Indragiri Hilir Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out how the service of birth certificates in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Indragiri Hilir Regency and the inhibiting factors of birth certificate services. In line with the objectives of this study, the population and sample in this study were the Head of Civil Registration Services, the Head of the Birth Section, 17 People Who Already Have Birth Certificates, and 35 People Who Are Making Birth Certificates. Types and data collection techniques used consist of. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire list technique and interviews, documentation, and secondary data that was collected using observation techniques. Meanwhile, the data used is by using the tool recapitulation template. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher concluded that, Analysis of Birth Certificate Services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Indragiri Hilir Regency. Staff in the Civil Registration Service Sector are in the Good Assessment Interval, with a score of 242, in the 210-270 score range, for People Who Already Have a Birth Certificate are at the Fairly Good Assessment Interval with a score of 577, in the score range of 425-595, while the Community Those who are making a birth certificate are in the fairly good assessment interval, with a score of 1,151, in the score range 875-1,225. In conclusion, the Analysis of Birth Certificate Services at the Indragiri Hilir Regency Population and Civil Registration Service needs to be improved in terms of birth certificate services.
