Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of research on the Implementation of Prosperous Rice Distribution Activities in Siabu Village, Kampar Regency. Implementation assessment indicators used include Communication, Resources, Disposition, Bureaucratic Structure. This research uses descriptive type, with complementary quantitative and qualitative methods, namely a study that aims to obtain an overview and understand and explain how the Implementation of Prosperous Rice Distribution Activities (Rastra) in Siabu Village, Kampar Regency. The population and sample in this study were Respondents and Informants of Sai Abang Hamlet, namely 30 people who received rastra, 6 respondents, and 10 people who did not receive rastra. . The technique used is the census method. Types and data collection techniques used consisted of primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data were collected using observation and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive. Based on this analysis technique, the research assessed and concluded that the implementation of the distribution of rice for Sr welfare (Rastra) in Siabu Village, Sai Abang Hamlet, Kampar Regency was sufficiently carried out, there were still some residents of Sai Abang Hamlet who were not registered in the rastra recipient family and the lack of updating of existing integrated databases. to the government. The results obtained from this rastra distribution activity are very beneficial for the community because it can help the community in reducing their expenditure burden.
