Abstract

Implementation of cable tv subscription agreement at PT. Riau Raya Tv is an agreement between television subscribers and cable tv in which the agreement puts reciprocal rights and obligations between the parties, but in the agreement there are obstacles caused by the customer to the tv kanbel party. The main problem in this research is how the implementation of the cable tv agreement at PT. Riau Raya Tv in Bangkinang City, Kampar Regency, and what obstacles there are in implementing the cable tv subscription agreement at PT. Riau Raya Tv. This type of research used in this research is observational research, is by direct field survey using the interview method and questionnaire as a means of collecting data. Meanwhile, based on the nature of this research is descriptive in that the writer provides a clear and detailed description. Based on the results of the research conducted by the author, there are several obstacles in the cable tv agreement, namely that some cable tv customers are not on time to pay cable tv subscription fees and also how many cable tv subscribers deliberately duplicate or add to the tv network without the tv's knowledge cable, and of course these violations have been stated in the agreement agreed upon by both parties, if they violate, they will be given a warning, temporarily suspended or unilaterally terminated, there will still be many customers who do not pay TV subscription fees. cable and from the cable tv are also less strict about implementing the agreement that has been agreed by both parties.
