Abstract

This study aims to determine the objective level of Micro and Small Business Permits in the Bukit Raya District Pekanbaru City. The evaluation assessment indicators used include input, process, output and outcomes. The type of research located in Bukit Raya District Pekanbaru City is a descriptive survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a means of collecting data and the data collected by this tool is then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of the research objectives at the careful location. In line with the objectives of this study, the population and sample in this study were the Head of the Sub-District Head, 1 person, the Secretary of the Sub-Section 1 person, the Head of Subdivision 2, the Head of Section 5 and 20 Micro and Small Business Actors. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire and interview list technique, and secondary data were collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use the tool recapitulation table. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assesses and concludes that, the evaluation of Micro and Small Business Permits in the Bukit Raya District of Pekanbaru City is at the Fairly Good Interval, with an overall score of 137, in the score range 99-139.
