Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the results of the Camat's Task in Fostering the Implementation of Village Government Administration in Pagaran Tapah Darussalam District, Rokan Hulu Regency and to fine out the obstacles to the Camat's Task in Fostering the Implementation of Village Government Administration in Pagaran Tapah Darussalam District, Rokan Hulu Regency. this research was conducted to find out the obstacles to the camat's task in fostering village government in the Pagaran Tapah Darussalam sub-district, Rokan Hulu Regency. This study uses a quantitative type. By using five indicators, namely providing guidance, providing direction, providing education and training, providing instructions, literature or manuals. with a population of 37 people, namely sub-district heads, village heads and sub-district office employees through census sampling. Collecting data used by means of interviews, questionnaires, documentation and observation, all data collected by type and analyzed descriptively. And it can be concluded that the Duties of the Camat in Guiding the Implementation of Village Government Administration in Pagaran Tapah Darussalam District, Rokan Hulu Regency, can be categorized as quite good, on the grounds that the five research indicators have been implemented. the inhibiting factor for the development of the village government in providing guidance to the sub-district head has not been routinely carried out, the direction given by the sub-district head if the village government apparatus is only exposed to obstacles at work, and the sub-district head does not provide education and training every month on a regular basis, the camat only provides guidance when the village government is hit by obstacles .
