Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of role conflict and role ambiguity on job stress on female teachers during online learning. This research uses quantitative research. The research subjects were 122 respondents and then the outliers became 111 female teacher respondents in Tualang District, Perawang. Researchers determine the subject with a Probability Sampling study with cluster random sampling technique. Researchers developed three measuring tools, namely the role conflict scale, role ambiguity scale and work stress scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the IBM Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 15.0 For Windows program. The results of data processing obtained the value of R = 0.277; R2= 0.077; F = 4.483; p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant influence between dual role conflict and role ambiguity on job stress. This value implies that the factors of role conflict and role ambiguity contribute to job stress by 7.7 percent and the other 92.3 percent is influenced by factors outside of role conflict and role ambiguity to contribute to work stress.
