Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on Customer Satisfaction. In this study the population is all customers who buy bread Bandung relatives. In this study, the distribution was carried out questionnaire to 70 respondents and an identical sampling technique was carried out. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS. The results of this study shows that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in the business of grilled bread from bandung relatives in the city of Pekanbaru.
