Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the implementation of the tasks of the community empowerment agency Sungai Nibung Desa Siak Kecil District and to know the obstacles that occur or obstacles that make the implementation of the tasks of the community empowerment agency Sungai Nibung Village not run optimally. The assessment indicators used are as many as 3 assessment indicators that are used namely preparing a participatory development plan, mobilizing community self-help mutual cooperation, implementing and controlling development, the indicator is taken from Sungai Nibung Village Regulation, Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis Regency Article 6 paragraph (1) Number 6 2017 concerning Social Institutions, article 12 letter a. This type of research is located in Sungai Nibung Village, Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis Regency. This type of research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative with the population of the Village Head, Village Secretary, LPM Management, RT Chairman, RW Chairman, and the number of Communities (KK) with the number of respondents 30 people determined by the Random Sampling technique. The type of data used primary data collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations while secondary data collected through regulations, documentation of reports and other data obtained then analyzed concluded that the Task Implementation of the Community Empowerment Institute of Sungai Nibung Village, Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis Regency Well". It is expected that LPM administrators will coordinate and work more closely with the village government and other social institutions.
