Abstract

ABSTRACT Putri Rahma Dini, 2020. Thesis. Conjunctions in Riau Daily Editorial Plans Post. FKIP UIR. Thesis entitled "Conjunctions in the Editorial Plan of the Riau Pos Daily". Problem in this study are 1) How to use coordinative conjunctions (equivalent) in the Riau Pos daily editorial plan, edition 1 to 29 February 2020 ?, 2) How the use of Subordinative (multilevel) Conjunctions in the Riau Daily Editorial Plan Post issue 1 to 29 February 2020 ?. This study aims 1) To find out use of the Coordinative Conjunctions (equivalent) contained in the Daily Plan Header Riau Pos edition 1 to 29 February 2020, 2) To find out the usage Subordinative conjunctions (stratified) in the Riau Pos Daily Headline Plan edition 1 until February 29, 2020. In conducting research researchers used the method descriptive research technique with the hermaunetic technique. The author's theory use in this study is the theory of Chaer (2009), Alwi, Hasan et al (2003), Depdiknas (2008), Faizah, Hasnah (2008), and Depdiknas (2008: 723). Data source In this study, all of the coordinative conjunctions and subordinate conjunctions contained in the editorial rubric of the Riau Pos daily February 2020 amount 25 rubric. The results of this study indicate based on the data that the authors have convey, then overall the use of the coordinative conjunction (equivalent) is can be found in the editorial rubric of the Riau Pos daily edition of the February 2020 edition in total 409. The correct use of coordinative conjunctions in the Headers rubric The Riau Pos daily plan as a whole amounts to 386, while the usage 23 incorrect coordinative conjunctions. The use of subordinate conjunctions as a whole that is contained in the Riau Pos daily editorial rubric in February 2020 numbered 218. Correct use of subordinate conjunctions in the editorial rubric of the Riau Pos daily edition in February 2020 amounted 216; while the incorrect use of sub-coordinative conjunctions amounts to 2.
