Abstract
In implementation in the field, it is not uncommon for projects to experience delays in completion and even to a halt in implementation. Therefore, it is necessary to control so that the deviations that occur can be overcome, so that the project can be completed on time as planned, and the quality is in accordance with the plan. The success of a project cannot be separated from a series of activities that include the planning, implementation and supervision stages so that the stated objectives can be achieved. In an effort to make a construction project successful, a technique or good management method is needed to increase efficiency, productivity and work quality. The purpose of this research is to know the cost components, cost variances, schedule variances and cost components, cost and schedule variances, to know the project performance index from the SPI and CPI aspects. This research was conducted using the Earned Value concept method which can be seen from the performance of the activities carried out and can increase effectiveness in monitoring project activities. The results of this study are that after analyzing the cost and variance components in the 6th month, the value of BCWS = 5,427,498,674, BCWP = 3,590,290,373, ACWP = 3,231,261,335 with a Cost Variance (CV) value of Rp. 517,547,347 and the Schedule Variance (SV) value of Rp. 1,837,208,301 of these results show that work is carried out faster than schedule at less cost than budget. Based on the performance index value, the SPI value in general gets an average value of 0.83 which means that the project is delayed, this is evidenced by the planning of BCWS from 6 months to 8 months, while the CPI value in general gets an average value of> 1 which means that costs incurred are more efficient, this savings occurs because of changes in volume resulting in costs being reduced from the contract value.
