Abstract

Buying and selling fish is a community business that has the potential to improve the economy of rural communities. In Kampar Regency, the business of fish food production and fish sales is one of the biggest efforts to improve the community welfare. The fish farming entrepreneurs buy fish food from fish food suppliers either in cash or non-cash (debt). If the transactionis in debt, the harvested fish is sold back to the fish food suppliers. The agreement of buying and selling transaction like this is interesting to study, especially in Mentulik Village, Kampar Kiri Hilir District. The problem formulation of this study is: How is the Jurisprudence or Fiqh Muamalah review on the buying and selling agreement between fish food suppliers and fish farming entrepreneurs in Mentulik village?. The aim of this study is to review the agreement between fish food suppliers and fish farming entrepreneurs in Mentulik Village based on Fiqh Muamalat. The theoretical framework is a review of the Islamic Fiqh Muamalat from the aspects of Pillars, Terms and Principles that must be fulfilled. Thisstudy is a field research conducted in Mentulik Village, Kampar Kiri Hilir District, Kampar Regency. The data sources are from primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used areobservation, interviews, and documentation. After the data are collected, they are analyzed by using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study are the implementation of buying and selling agreement carried out in Mentulik Village is Ba'i Mutlaq, Ba'i Salam, Ba'i Ajal, Ba'i Murabahah and Ba'i Bistaman Ajil, whereas the implementation of the buying and sellingagreement is valid viewed from the concept Fiqh Muamalat. However, after conducting the study, the suggestion from the researcher is that the agreeement should be in writing, in order to reduce the risk.
