Abstract

the management of which is in collaboration with various parties, but the collaboration between the two parties causes problems in its management. In the end, it resulted in a lot of public complaints regarding the services provided. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze collaboration in the management of public transportation in Pekanbaru city. This study aims to determine how the Implementation of Collaborative Governance in Public Transportation Management in Pekanbaru City. This research uses Collaborative Governance theory by Anshell and Gash with the indicators used are Initial Conditions, Institutional Design, Facilitative Leadership, and Collaborative Process. The results of this study are said to be quite good, this is evidenced by the fact that there are still some indicators that are not maximal, namely at the stage of institutional design indicators, it can be said that they are not maximal because of the withdrawal of the MOU Decree which results in reduced participation between collaborating parties, so the need for signing a new MOU.
