Abstract
Organizational climate is an important factor to measure the level of ability of an organization in carrying out its main tasks and functions. The more conducive the organizational climate, the higher the level of employee performance. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between organizational climate and employee performance of PT Indra Jaya Engineering. The population in this study were 82 employees at PT. Indra Jaya Engineering. Sampling using the saturated sample technique method. Methods of data collection using employee performance scale and organizational climate scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Pearson product moment which shows the results of the correlation coefficient r of 0.741 with p of 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that there is a significant positive relationship between organizational climate and employee performance at PT Indra Jaya Engineering. The better the organizational climate, the employee's performance will increase, otherwise if the organizational climate is not good then the employee's performance will decrease.
