Abstract

This study aims to determine the evaluation of the government's implementation of waste management in the city of Pekanbaru and to determine the inhibiting factors for the policy of the Department of Cleanliness and the environment in waste management in the city of Pekanbaru. Indicators of Evaluation of the Implementation of the Environment and Hygiene Service in Waste Management in Pekanbaru City, the theory used includes Subarsono (2009) Input, Process, Output and Outcome. Parit Indah / Jalan Datuk Setia Maharaja No. 4 Pekanbaru, then the type of research used in this study is a qualitative research method in which qualitative researchers try to build meaning about a phenomenon based on the views of the participants and use observation, interviews and documentation as tools. data collection.
