Abstract

This study aims to determine the interaction effect and the main ZPT Growtone and POC of cow urine on growth of Brotowali cuttings on media peat soil, carried out from April to July 2021. This research carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Jalan Kaharudin Nasution No. 113, Air Cold Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) Factorial consisting of two factors. The first factor is ZPT Growtone and factor both cow urine POCs, each consisting of 4 levels of treatment. Parameter observed were the percentage of live cuttings, age of shoot emergence, number of shoots, length of first shoot, diameter of first shoot, and number of roots. Data analyzed statistically and presented with Honest Significant Difference Test (BNJ) at the level of 5%. The results showed the interaction of ZPT Growtone and POC Urine cows have an effect on the parameters of the number of shoots, the length of the first shoot, and the diameter of the first shoot. The best treatment is in the provision of ZPT Growtone as much as 15 grams per 10 ml of water and 450 ml of cow urine POC plants. The main effect of giving ZPT Growtone has an effect on the parameters growth percentage, age of shoot emergence, number of shoots, shoot length First, shoot diameter, and number of roots, were found in the provision of ZPT Growtone 15 grams per 10 ml of water. The main effect of giving cow urine POC to parameter number of shoots, length of the first shoot, diameter of the first shoot, diameter The first shoots and the number of roots were found in the provision of 450 ml of POC . plants Cow urine.
