Abstract
The development of infrastructure like as toll roads in desperate need of a sturdy building with a strong foundation. The toll road development should also be supported by the bridge overpass which is useful for people crossing the road. The purpose of this study was to determine how many tons of heavy hitters piles needed for erection stake. Knowing the results of the comparative analysis of the strength of the supporting piles permit from the calculation results of the Hilley formula, Standard Penetration Test of PDA tests based on soil investigation and piling data. Knowing the differences in the results of the analysis of calendar data and PDA tests on soil data at the location of the Standard Penetration Test data In this study the calculation of the pacemak calculation method using the formula Hilley and Meyerhoff. Secondary data are used in the form of SPT data, piling data, drawing plans and PDA tests. Calculated static and dynamic bearing strength. The results of the analysis of the weight of the spun pile piles with a total design length of 34 m depth have a weight of 14695.2 kg. Generally the hammer is at least half the total weight of the pole used. Then a hammer was selected for 10500 kg, namely the Diesel Hammer Kobelco K45. The results of the analysis of the static and dynamic formulas provide varying ultimit (Qu) bearing strength values for soil investigation data and piling data at the same Pier location. Based on the results of a comparative analysis of ultimate bearing strong (Qu) spun pile at Pier I at the point P1-07 and P1-25 of formula Hilley has the ultimate bearing strength value (Qu), which tend to be similar to the PDA test. Static formula calculation results provide strong value of ultimate bearing (Qu) is greater than the dynamic formula and PDA test.
