Abstract

Community Health Center Puskesmas as a health facility that provides health services to the community has a very strategic role in accelerating the promotion of community status. Therefore, the Puskesmas is required to provide quality services that are satisfactory to patients in accordance with established standards and can reach all levels of society. The purpose of this study was to find out how pharmaceutical services at Pangkalan Kuras II Terantang Manuk Puskesmas, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency and to determine the inhibiting factors for pharmaceutical services at Pangkalan Kuras II Terantang Manuk Puskesmas, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency. This type of research is qualitative, the type of data source used is primary data and secondary data through data collection techniques, interviews, observation, documentation. In this study, a qualitative method was used, namely to explain the results of the study using words based on the results obtained in the field. Based on the results of research and discussion of the implementation of pharmaceutical services at the Pangkalan Kuras II Terantang Manuk Public Health Center, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency, this research can be said to be less than optimal. This is based on the facts found in the research. In pharmaceutical services, there are inhibiting factors that believe lack of human resources and infrastructure.
