Abstract

The problem in this study is the lack of activeness of cadres to Posyandu in Teluk Paman Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency. The activity of less active cadres can be seen from the attendance of Posyandu cadres in Teluk Paman Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency, the average presence of cadres at each Posyandu activity is 3-4 people. So the purpose of this study is to determine the participatory development communication towards the empowerment of Integrated Service Post cadres in Teluk Paman Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is an analysis consisting of three flow of activities that occur simultaneously, namely: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the results of the study, namely: 1) Heteroglasia, the recruitment of Posyandu cadres in Teluk Uncle village was carried out heterogeneously, meaning that Posyandu cadres had different backgrounds in terms of economic, social, cultural, with that it was necessary to unify the thoughts of cadres in order to add insight from each. Posyandu cadres, so the need for active cadres in Posyandu activities. 2) Dialogue, Posyandu cadres must be able to respect and respect other speakers from each Posyandu cadre, because every cadre has the same right to speak and to be heard. 3) Poliponi, cadres are given the opportunity to be open in expressing opinions, suggestions, and ideas about the role of each Posyandu cadre and the goals in Posyandu activities, cadres must be open so that cadres share information with each other 4) Carnival, cadres use common vocabulary and the existence of activities that direct the freedom of each Posyandu cadre in sharing their experiences and carried out non-formally
