Abstract

ABSTRACT The study, entitled Legal Protection for Business Actors Due to Unilateral Cancellation by Consumers in the Pre Order (PO) System for Buying and Selling Clothing at Padang Panjang Market, the first objective is to find out legal protection for business actors due to unilateral cancellation by consumers in the Pre Order (PO) buying and selling system clothes at the MudaMudi Collection shop at the Padang Panjang market. Second, to find out the legal consequences for consumers who take unilateral cancellation in the Pre Order (PO) system of buying and selling clothes at the MudaMudi Collection shop in the Padang Panjang market. This research is classified into legal observational research (observational research) by means of a survey, namely direct research conducted in the research location using data collection tools in the form of interviews. Secondary data used in the writing of this thesis comes from library books, articles, and legislation. As for the results of this thesis research are: First, the implementation of legal protection for business actors due to unilateral cancellation by consumers in the Pre Order (PO) system of buying and selling clothes at MudaMudi Collection shops in the Padang Panjang market. Second, What are the legal consequences of unilateral cancellation in the Pre Order (PO) system of buying and selling clothes at the MudaMudi Collection shop in the Padang Panjang market.
