Abstract

ABSTRACT The Decree of the Minister of Forestry Number: 151/Kpts-II/2003 describes the preparation of a work plan (RK), a five-year work plan (RKL), an annual work plan (RKT), and a business chart for the utilization of timber forest products for the purpose of forest utilization. sustainable production plants. The main problem in this research is how to implement a business permit for the utilization of forest timber forest products and the obstacles faced in the implementation of a business permit for the utilization of timber forest products by PT. Blue Forest.In conducting the research, the author uses observational research research methods, namely by means of surveys or direct visits to the research location using data collection tools, namely interviews. Meanwhile, it is descriptive in nature to obtain a detailed description of the implementation of the business permit for the utilization of timber forest products by PT. Rimba Blue is based on the regulation of the minister of forestry number: 151/Kpts-II/2003. From the results of the research, it is known that the implementation of the Business Permit for the Utilization of Timber Plantation Forest Products (IUPHHK-HT) by PT. Rimba Blue is not in accordance with the objectives of the preparation of the Work Plan (RK), Five-Year Work Plan (RKL), Annual Work Plan (RKT), and Work Chart (BK) for the business of utilizing plantation forest products, namely in the context of sustainable forest use. This is because in the Decree of the Minister of Forestry Number: 151/Kpts/II/2003 the preparation of the Work Plan (RK), Five-Year Work Plan (RKL), Annual Work Plan (RKT), and Work Chart (BK) contains an outline plan of one the other is in letter (i) forest protection and security. The community complained that the forest used by the company was their land.PT. Rimba Blue as the permit holder must implement the proposed Work Plan (RK), Five Year Work Plan (RKL), Annual Work Plan (RKT), and Work Chart (BK) for the business of utilizing timber forest products in plantation forests that have been properly ratified. , and mutually coordinate with related agencies, ministries, and the community in its implementation.
