Abstract

With the increasing of public demand for banks, so the banks are also demanded to increase their services, such as by increasing the quality and quantity of human resources. The problem formulation of the study is how the development of human resources at PT. BPRS of Berkah Dana Fadhlillah (Perseroda). The aim of the study is to investigate and analyze how the development of human resources at PT. BPRS Berkah Dana Fadhlillah (Perseroda). This study was conducted at PT. BPRS Berkah Dana Fadhlillah (Perseroda) in Air Tiris. The type of the study is descriptive qualitative research. The informants of the study consist of 5 people, they are the director, the head of general and personnel department, a staff of personnel department, a staff of general department and a security guard. The data collection techniques of the study are interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis of the study is conducted through the steps of collecting data, editing and interpretating data. The results of the study show that the development of human resources at PT. BPRS Berkah Dana Fadhlillah (Perseroda) is quite good based on the development methods such as: Work Performance, Discipline, the excellence of company leadership and based on the sharia perspective such as Sidiq, Fathanah, Amanah and Tabligh are very good. However, there are several things that needs to be paid attention to the problems and obstacles in the development of human resources such as the existence of barriers in communication between employees.
