Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE HARAPAN FAMILY PROGRAM (PKH) SUB DISTRICT SEBERIDA DISTRICT INDRAGIRI HULU ABSTRACK By Masita Nurul Asiqin PKH is a social program to overcome poverty in Indonesia, which in the PKH program has components including education, health and social welfare. In the implementation of PKH. There are still many PKH recipients who misuse PKH AID funds. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the family hope program (PKH) in the sub-district of Seberida, Indragiri Hulu district. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The theory used in this study according to Georgi Edward III, which have indicator, among others, communication, resources disposition, and bureaucratic structure. This research was conducted in the seberida sub distric, Indragiri Hulu distric. In selecting key and informants, researchers used purposive techniques based on certain characteristics. Types and sources of data using primary data and soundary data. Data collection techinquies used are interviews, obervestion and documentation based on the result of research on the implementation of the family hope program (PKH) in the Seberida sub-district, it has not been carried out properly but there are many inhibiting factors such as the absence of sosilaization about PKH, lack of asissten staff, no infrastructure facilities for PKH activites, no supervision of PKH participants, there are still many people who are not commitment. It can be concluded that the implementation of PKH in the seberida sub-district is still ot carried out properly, there is a need for socialization to the community, increasing the number of the seberida sub-district, there must be supervision from the village and the companion in the implementation of pkh, and firm action from the facilitators and village heads again people who are not committed.
