Abstract
ABSTRACT The foundation in a building is the lowest part and is directly related to the ground. In a building structure, the foundation serves to carry the load of the building above it. To produce a solid building, the foundation must also be planned and worked very carefully. The foundation must be calculated in such a way both in terms of dimensions and mechanically analyses, therefore research on the carrying capacity of the Relocation Air Separation Development in Riau Province Belongs to PT. Bayu Cipta Artha which is aimed to determine the bearing capacity of the pile. In this study, the calculation used the N-SPT data issued by CV. Geotek Multi Services Pekanbaru, structural drawing data issued by CV. Andromeda Architecture, and the depth, number and calendaring results of the piles were obtained from PT. Pancamulia Mixindo Abadi. Calculation of the bearing capacity of the pile foundation (mini pile) used the Dynamic formula and Finite Element Method (FEM). From the analysis of the load acting on the mini pile foundation, it was found that at AS P7 point V = 861.216 kN and the maximum load occured by the pile Pmaks = 245.427 kN. The results of the calculation of the pile bearing capacity of the dynamic Hiley method (1930) of Qu = 990.88 kN, the Engineering News-Records (ENR) method of Qu = 1.806.39 kN, the Qu of FEM = 580.39 kN and the pile group bearing capacity Qg = 1,833.34 kN. From the calculation results above, it can be concluded that it is in a safe condition because it meets the minimum requirements for the safety factor.
