Abstract

ABSTRACT ANALYSIS 0F HOW EDUCATIONAL LEVELS AND POPULATION IMPACT ON POVERTY IN THE PROVINCE OF RIAU. BY : AFINA 165110833 (Consultant : Drs. H. Armis, M.Si) The study conducted an analysis of how educational levels and the number of people impact poverty in the Province of Riau. The data used in this study is secondary. The data analysis technique used in processing the results of this multiple regression analysis technique used to measure the independent variable influence on dependent variabel. Studies show that an R2 value of 0,486828. That means that up to 48 % of the variable (educational levels and population numbers) already represent the bonded variables (poverty). Whereas the remaining 52 % is described by variable outside the model. Furthermore,judging the value of free,test T free variable (partial), it is know that the educational rate (X1) variabele did not significan affect (Y) in the Province of Riau. Next, the number of people (X2) The number of people affected negative and significant poverty (Y) in the Province Riau. Whereas based on the same F (simultaneous) test the two free variable simultaneously have no effect on proverty in the Province of Riau.
