Abstract
ABSTRACT In the village area in Kampar sub-district, there are a number of problems regarding the lack of realization of network infrastructure development including : Clean water networks such as PDAM that are uneven, the road network in this village road network infrastructure that makes it easy for residents to reach their destination still needs to be improved because the road conditions are still there are damaged asphalt conditions, in the drainage network there are quite a lot of poor conditions like a sewer has not been made, causing flooding. This research used a descriptive qualitative methodology, and Taksonomi. This research used data primer contains field observation and giving data sekunder. That contains thye data of the institute that related to the research. From this study the findings obtained are aspects related to the conditions of infrastructure including the existence of roads, drainage characteristics, and water supply characteristics. Based on the conclusions from secondary data, observations, and interviews for each target shows that the road infrastructure requires strategies to deal with potholes and accidents especially when it rains but most are classified as moderate / quite adequate, the drainage infrastructure already has its own system so it is quite adequate but requires a more complex container, divider, and waster, in the clean water infrastructure there is PDAM Tirta Kampar and the community has implemented various other water alternatives so that it is quite adequate and needs to improve the condition of the PDAM piping, as well as for government policies in the RKPD and the field of works, they have allocated funds in the form of sufficient funds but there are still uneven and uncomfortable so that problems occur. This shows that the quality of service needs to be improved such as human resources and social resources can be put to good use.
