Abstract

This research was conducted by using three variables, namely store atmosphere (X1), product completeness (X2) as the independent variable and purchase decision (Y) as the dependent variable. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of store atmosphere and product completeness on purchasing decisions at Sandi Laros SP 4 Tanah Tinggi Supermarket, Tapung Hilir District, Kampar Regency. To determine the effect of these variables, indicators of store atmosphere variables are used, namely general exterior, general interior, store layout, and interior display. The indicators of the product completeness variable are the variety of products sold, the variety of products sold, the availability of the products sold and the indicators of purchasing decisions, namely product choice, brand choice, alternative dealer choice, purchase time, and number of purchases. In managing data using data analysis techniques Validation Test, Reliable test, classical assumption of data normality, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test using SPSS.v.25. for the results of the tests carried out that the store atmosphere and product completeness variables affect purchasing decisions by 29% and the rest is influenced by other factors not observed in this study.
