Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the feasibility of the Kilang Padi PH which is located in the sub-district of Batunadua, Padangsidimpuan city. The methods uses in this research are Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), Profitability Index (PI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Gold Value Method (GVM), Gold Index Method (GI), Investible Surplus Method (ISM). Based on the result meet the egibility criteria, it can be concluded that all financial aspects are for business development
