Abstract

The formulation of the research problem is First, the Implementation of Health Life Insurance Compensation Payments at PT Prudential Pru DiamondPD 1 Padang Branch, Second, What are the Insured's Obstacles in the Implementation of Health Life Insurance Compensation Payments at PT Prudential Pru Diamond-PD 1 Padang Branch. This research is observational research by means of survey research, while its nature is descriptive, that is, where this research provides an overview of a complete, detailed and clear statement. The result of the research is that the implementation of the Payment of Health Life Insurance Compensation at PT Prudential Pru Diamond-PD 1 Padang Branch has not been implemented properly.
