Abstract

Geothermal energy is a renewable energy that is produced for conversion into electricity. When the energy produced, the need flowline that connects the energy that has been produced up to a turbine to be utilized properly. In the production process, the fluid flow in piping systems are designed on an uneven field conditions always occur pressure drop in the pipe flow friction caused by fluid flow that occur along the surface of the pipe, pipe fittings, bends and valves. Bernoulli equation is an equation that can be used to evaluate pressure drop. In this research writer will do calculation pressure drop with the equation Bernoulli using friction factor charts moody .After the results of obtained , the results of the actual than the data the field to perceive the percentage of difference of given to the actual data . After performing calculations pressure drop with the Bernoulli equation’s using a total moody get pressure drop 2,9176 barg. After comparison with the actual data , the difference in a raid on a calculation pressure drop by using the Bernoulli equation’s <5 % and are still under the stadart error. So, we can conclude that the Bernoulli equation’s can be used in counting pressure drop and suited to apply in Kamojang.
