Abstract

EFFECTIVENESS OF CLASS I A RELIGIOUS COURT SERVICES, PEKANBARU CITY (CASE STUDY OF LEGAL ASSISTANCE POST) ABSTRACT RENNA MELINDHA Effectiveness is the main element in achieving the goals or objectives that have been determined in any organization, activity or program. It is called effective if the goals that have been previously set are achieved. One form of services provided by the government is through the provision of services carried out by the Class I A Religious Court in Pekanbaru City. One of the services provided is through several programs that aim to facilitate the community in getting services, especially at the Class I A Religious Court in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this research was to find out how the service of implementing the Legal Aid Post (POSBAKUM) in the Class I A Religious Court in Pekanbaru City and to find out the effectiveness of the implementation of the Legal Aid Post at the Class I A Religious Court in Pekanbaru City. In this study, researchers used a qualitative method that aims to describe the actual situation regarding the effectiveness of the Class I A Religious Court Services in Pekanbaru City (Study of Legal Aid Posts). The technique of withdrawing informants in this study using the Purposive Sampling technique, amounting to 5 people consisting of key informants and informants. Purposive sampling informant retrieval identifies some people as informants and it is possible to replace them with other informants. Based on research conducted that the effectiveness of the Class IA Religious Court Service in Pekanbaru City (Study of Legal Aid Post) by using indicators of goal achievement, available resources, internal processes and satisfaction shows that the objectives of posbakum have not fully reached the community due to the lack of socialization related to the Posbakum program, for The available resources are sufficient for the implementation of Posbakum, there are still people who do not use this program even though Posbakum is aimed at poor people and people who have used Posbakum have already benefited from this Posbakum program. While the obstacles that occur in the Effectiveness of Legal Aid Post Services are the lack of budget available in implementing the Posbakum program, the lack of socialization carried out on Posbakum so that many people do not know about the Posbakum program at the Class I A Religious Court in Pekanbaru City. For the advice of researchers in this study, it is hoped that the Religious Courts and Posbakum can socialize about the existence of Posbakum and the requirements for Legal Service Assistance procedures are really aimed at the poor and can provide information about the procedures and requirements related to Posbakum more accurately and can be understood by Public.
